Data concerned

This website has no form, no user account and no audience measurement tool. The only personal data we process is what you send us when you write to us: your name, your email address, your organization, and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to respond to your request, to arrange a discussion and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal for an engagement. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to the professional inquiries addressed to us and, when you request a proposal, on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Retention period

If no relationship is established, your data is kept for three years at most from our last exchange, then deleted. If an engagement is concluded, it is kept for the duration of the contract, then for the applicable legal periods.

Recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for Pledge. It is neither sold, nor transferred, nor used for advertising purposes. It is hosted by technical providers (email, website hosting) acting on our instructions. Where one of them is established outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, notably the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and trackers

This website sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Your light or dark display choice is stored in your browser; this information stays on your device and is never transmitted. Our host may set strictly technical cookies necessary for the security and operation of the site, which do not require your consent.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to us at contact@pledge.ltd ; we reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
